Michael’s Zombies (Roblox ID 8054462345) is a free Call of Duty Zombies-style experience built by the MZ Community. You earn points by damaging and killing undead, spend those points on doors and weapons, buy perks from soda machines, and survive increasingly difficult waves. There are no public promo codes — everything is earned in-match. This guide walks you through your first successful session on The Giant, the recommended beginner map.

Launch and lobby setup

Open the game on Roblox and choose solo or co-op. Solo gives full control over training routes; co-op splits points but revives you when downed. Select The Giant from the map list — it has clear sightlines, classic perk locations, and the simplest Pack-a-Punch unlock in the roster.

Familiarize yourself with PC controls or your platform bindings before round 3. You need smooth strafing for the training techniques that matter past round 15.

Rounds 1–3: knife and conserve ammo

Rounds 1 and 2 can be cleared with your knife for maximum points per kill. Let zombies enter through the nearest window, time your melee, and avoid wasting pistol ammo. On round 3, switch to your starting pistol and aim for headshots — body shots burn magazines without enough return points.

Do not open every door immediately. The Giant’s spawn room connects to a main courtyard; open the first door toward Juggernog once you have roughly 750–1,000 points banked. Saving early points prevents being broke when the Mystery Box or a critical door appears later.

Buying Juggernog and opening the map

Juggernog costs 2,500 points and doubles your health — it is the highest-priority perk on virtually every map. After Juggernog, open doors toward the Mystery Box and perk machines. Each door displays its price before purchase; plan a route using the maps hub layout.

The Mystery Box costs 950 points per spin and can grant wall-buy weapons or wonder weapons like the Raygun. Spin when you have Juggernog secured and at least one reliable wall gun as backup. Check the weapons tier list so you recognize when the box gives you a run-defining gun versus a downgrade.

Perk priority after Juggernog

Typical order for beginners:

  1. Juggernog — survivability
  2. Speed Cola — faster reloads and box spins
  3. Double Tap — increased fire rate and damage
  4. Mule Kick — third weapon slot (buy from machine or earn via Mule Kick Easter egg)

Quick Revive matters more in solo for self-revives; in co-op it speeds ally revives. See the perks tier list for map-specific adjustments — PHD Crashout dominates on explosive maps like Definitely Origins.

Unlocking Pack-a-Punch on The Giant

Turn on power by flipping the switch in the power room, then link three teleporters around the map. Each teleporter must be activated and connected to the main pad near Pack-a-Punch. Full step-by-step screenshots and map callouts live on the Pack-a-Punch guide — the Giant section matches classic Der Riese logic.

Once Pack-a-Punch is online, save 4,500 points and upgrade your best primary. The Saiga-12 and PTRS-41 are top-tier choices if the box delivers them.

Surviving rounds 10–20

After round 10, zombie health scales sharply. Start training — run in a circle with the horde grouped behind you, turn to fire bursts, and resume moving. Never reload in the open; break line of sight behind a pillar or crate. Our training guide explains kiting paths on The Giant specifically.

Manage ammo by firing in controlled bursts rather than holding trigger. Rebought wall ammo is cheaper than repeated box spins once you have a PaP weapon you like.

When to extract or keep going

The Giant has no mandatory escape — you survive until you down. Use rounds 15–25 to practice before attempting Lighthouse or Hallows Eve. When you want structured goals, move to Easter eggs: Mule Kick on this map, then Lighthouse escape.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

What is the best beginner map?

The Giant. Straightforward Pack-a-Punch, classic perks, and the Mule Kick Easter egg teach core quest mechanics.

How many points does Juggernog cost?

2,500 points on standard maps. Buy it before expensive doors when possible.

Should I spin the Mystery Box early?
